What happens if I'm late for my class?
Coco and Shea allows guests up to a 15-minute grace period. Anything beyond 15 minutes will be directed by the host to reschedule. Any no-show, no-call will result in a full, non-refundable cancellation.

Can I bring outside food or beverage into Coco and Shea?
No outside food can be brought into Coco and Shea as we provide our complimentary food and beverage for each class.

Can minors attend the classes?
Minors under the age of 13 are not allowed in Coco and Shea fragrance experience classes due to the
chemicals being used.

For the mixology class, can I make a mocktail instead?
Mocktails are always available for certain options at Coco and Shea. Due to the nature of the mixology class however, mocktails are not always guaranteed due to the cocktail being presented during the
class.

Does Coco and Shea provide private experiences?
Coco and Shea does provide luxury-based private experiences. Please contact us today for our private event liaison to help you curate the special private or corporate event.

Does Coco and Shea do weddings?
Coco and Shea has a fleet of luxurious-based kiosks that focus on elegant upscale events and
activations.

If I am coming to the class, does my purchase of one ticket admit only one
person?
Each price per experience is for one guest. For example, if you are booking for a couple two tickets
must be purchased.
